1.1 In this Privacy Policy, references to “we” or “us” refer to Biosphere Bikes, a company limited by guarantee incorporated in Scotland, a registered charity logged with Office of The Scottish Charity Register. (Company number SC609207. Registered Charity number SCO51442) trading under the name of Biosphere Bikes whose registered office is at Drumspillan Cottage, Main Street, Pinwherry, KA26 0RN and will be controller of any personal data processed as described in this Privacy Policy.

2.1 When you access our website (www.biospherebikes.com) (the website) via any means, make an enquiry regarding our services or make a booking in respect of our services, we may collect, store and use certain parts of your personal information in line with this policy.

2.2 To make an enquiry via our website we ask for your name, address, email address and contact telephone numbers. If you contact us via email we may also keep a record of that correspondence. This information is necessary to enable us to respond to your enquiry.

We may also retain hard copies of documents which contain your personal information at our secure premises.

Specifically, servers used by our website are located in the UK and our third party service providers operate around the world.
